Reading blogs is quite interesting. Some people
write exactly how they talk and some people write as if they were putting the
finishing touches on a term paper. It's quite weird though when someone's writing
style in their blog is totally different then how they seem in person. Hmm...
well I guess the same personality is there but the way it's presented isn't
always the same. Well, I guess that's what people sometimes use blogs for.
It's really cool when the Lord makes something you have long known all the more
evident and real.
Here's an interesting article about the dangers two
income families face.
So, Terence has decided to email me every time that WSU does something well
and moves up in the polls. I'll let him enjoy his time now and then give him
a little smirk when UW beats them yet again this year haha.

Song currently in my head -
Newsboys - "He Reigns"
Lyrics:
it's the song of the redeemed
rising from the African plain
it's the song of the forgiven
drowning out the Amazon rain
the song of Asian believers
filled with God's holy fire
it's every tribe, every tongue, every nation
a love song born of a grateful choir
Chorus
it's all God's children singing
glory, glory, hallelujah, He reigns
He reigns
it's all God's children singing
glory, glory, hallelujah, He reigns
He reigns
let it rise above the four winds
caught up in the heavenly sound
let praises echo from the towers of cathedrals
to the faithful gathered underground
of all the songs sung from the dawn of creation
some were meant to persist
of all the bells rung from a thousand steeples
none rings truer than this
Bridge
and all the powers of darkness
tremble at what they've just heard
'cause all the powers of darkness
can't drown out a single word

Busy, busy, busy. Sometimes I just feel like doing nothing... but then
again... who has the time to do nothing?
Bev sent me this
link and said that it reminded her of my story about how when I was younger
I thought I could just mail myself to Portland. See... it's not impossible!!!!
Attended my friend Steve Chiang-Lin's wedding on Sunday. It
was good to talk to people I hadn't seen in awhile and definitely glad I got
the oppurtunity to share in my friend's joyous day. I guess I'm at the age where
more and more of my friends will start to get married. Wow, I'm really getting
old now haha. Well I'll let you all know when it's my turn :)
So Connie's parents will be in town soon. Next weekend to be exact. This will
be the first time that they'll meet my parents... uh oh.... haha, nah actually
I'm pretty excited about them finally meeting. I think that they'll get along
just fine. Too bad that they can't stay longer though, feels like I haven't
seen them in forever even though it's only been a little over three months.
hmm... I guess that is a pretty long time.
I was reading through a journal I kept during my trip to Europe one summer.
It's pretty cool to look back and remember the things that you saw, the things
you heard, and the things you felt. Kinda brings everything back. I guess it
gave me a better understanding as to why people actually take the time to write
in their journals every night or at least attempt to. I on the otherhand have
never been able to do it with any consistancy... even worse at it than I am
at blogging! But like I said, it was cool to look back and remember the experiences
and look back on God's faithfulness during that trip. But enough of the flashbacks...
time to make new memories :)
Looks like my Blog links are outta date... time to get rid of the foolios
who update even less than I do haha

Ok, finished putting all the hs
retreat pics online.
Just watched a trailer for The
Passion. I've been reading a few press clipping and stories about the movie.
Looks interesting. Looks like someone has decided to pick up on the movie. I
think Mel Gibson is still considering putting in subtitles. I think that would
be good... but who knows maybe it doesn't need it. Hopefully this will be an
accurate portrayal.
